Julie-su is a very original character created by Ken Penders for Sega but its actually his, (Penders' Logic).

Julie-su is the wife of Lara-Su's Father who is definitely not Knuckles. She somehow goes through an unexplained makeover by Ken Penders. According to Ken Penders, she and Shade the echidna, from Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood, are the same person even though Shade is a Sega character, but apparently Shade also belongs to Ken Penders because Shade is based off Julie-Su (Penders' Logic).
